Ingredients
raw papaya – 500 gms
mustard seed – 2 tsp
whole red chillies – 4 nos
salt – 1 tsp
turmeric powder – 1 tsp
sugar – 2 tsp
oil – 2 tsp.

Method
Wash and grate the papaya.
Heat a pan, and add oil. After temparing it add mustard seed and whole red chillies.
Now add the grated papaya.
Add salt and turmeric powder into it.
At first fry it in a high flame for 5 minutes, and then cover it for 5 minutes with a slow flame.
Add sugar and mix well.
Serve hot with Rice or Chapatis.
